Sammanfattning
Several of the fields forming the subject of ILO Conventions and Recommendations also come within the competence of the EU in the social sphere. This memorandum, written by L.L.M. Linnéa Blommé, sets out to clarify the division of competence between the EU and its Member States in matters relating to the work within the ILO, and also to describe the relationship between the EU and the ILO. It served as independent documentation for a Nordic tripartite seminar under the heading “Conflicts of Norms between the ILO and the EU – how can they be solved?” arranged by the Swedish Government on 18 April 2008. |
