Sweden: Transition through collective bargaining
|
|
Sammanfattning This chapter, written by Kerstin Ahlberg and Niklas Bruun, describes how collective bargaining on wages in Sweden has developed from the beginning of the 1990s until 2004. A fundamental change has taken place through decentralisation and individualisation of wage formation. However, this change has taken place within the formal system of collective wage formation, which is still intact. |
